Hi team,
Heads up on a customer-facing change landing soon, and what we need from you before it does(Please pass this to other relevant internal stakeholders, as you deem necessary).
What's happening
Following the VWO and AB Tasty merger, we're unifying under the Wingify brand. As part of this, the VWO application is moving from app.vwo.com to app.wingify.com, effective the night of Saturday, 13th June, 2026 at 11:00 PM PDT (US Pacific). This low-traffic window has been chosen as it sees the lowest usage activity on our platform.
When customer communications begin, we will also start displaying an in-app banner to all customers. The banner will reinforce key information about the move and provide a link to additional details and FAQs.

The same moment, in key regions
The switch happens at a single point in time worldwide. Depending on the region, that falls on 13th or 14th June.

The [customer email] goes out on [Wednesday, 10th June, 2026]. This note is to get you ahead of it.
Please note: This is a domain and URL change only. Customer campaigns, tracking snippets, data, reports, and SmartCode are not affected in any way. The only impact is the dashboard URL that customers use to log in.
What's actually changing for customers
- Login URL: The login URL changes from app.vwo.com to app.wingify.com, and the old URL will simply redirect to the new one.
- Password Managers: Saved logins will not auto-fill on the new domain, so customers will need to update the saved URL or re-save their credentials.
- Passkeys: Passkeys are bound to a specific domain, so customers will need to re-register their passkeys on the new domain.
- Active Sessions: All active sessions will expire at the time of the switch, and customers will need to log back in.
-
Whitelist All Wingify Top-Level Domains: Different VWO and Wingify products and services are served from multiple top-level domains. Customers' IT teams should whitelist domain and sub-domains of:
1wingify.com
2wingify.net
3wingify.io
4wingify.ai
This will prevent disruption to features such as Insights session recording playback and other services that run on these domains.
- Support Email: The support address changes from support@vwo.com to support@wingify.com. The old address will continue to forward during the transition period.
- Billing Sender: All future invoices will be sent from billing@wingify.com.
- Email Whitelisting: Customers' IT teams may need to whitelist the @wingify.com domain so that platform emails are not blocked.
What we need from you
Reaching out to your accounts
- We're leaving it to you as CSMs to decide which of your accounts, if any, would benefit from a personal heads-up. There's no prescribed list. If you'd like to reach out to anyone, please do so before the dates mentioned above.
- If you do reach out, reassure them that nothing about their campaigns, data, or contract is changing.
ReactiveEveryone else
- Be ready to field questions once the customer email goes out.
- Point customers to the Migration FAQ for self-serve answers.
Everyone
Core message to reinforce
- Even our product names are changing from VWO to Wingify, but nothing else changes for your clients. They'll continue to have access to the same products, features, plans, and benefits as before, included with their purchases.
Quick talking points / objection handling
1."Will this disrupt my running experiments?"
No. This is a dashboard URL change only. Live campaigns, tracking, and data collection continue uninterrupted.
2."Do I need to reinstall the SmartCode?"
No. The SmartCode on their site is unaffected and needs no changes.
3."Is my data safe / will I lose reports?"
All historical data, reports, settings, and integrations are fully preserved and accessible at the new domain.
4."Is my contract or pricing changing?"
No. Contracts, terms, and pricing are unchanged. Only the billing sender address changes to @wingify.com.
5."Is VWO going away?"
No. Wingify is the unified brand under which VWO and AB Tasty now sit.
6."Why are you doing this?"
The VWO and AB Tasty merger; we're bringing both platforms under one brand and one home. Read more in our official announcement.
7."This sounds like a lot of work for my IT team."
For most customers, it's just a new bookmark. The IT items (SSO, email whitelisting) only apply to accounts with those restrictions in place, and we've documented exactly what to whitelist.
8."Do we need to update our CSP or our whitelisted IPs?"
No. There is no change to client-side Content Security Policy (CSP) and no change to any IP addresses customers have whitelisted. The SmartCode and data-collection endpoints are unchanged. Only the dashboard domain is moving.
Notice Regarding Legal Documentation Links
As part of our transition from VWO to Wingify, references to our legal documentation will be updated to the Wingify domain. Our current legal documents can be accessed at:
This update primarily reflects our brand transition and domain migration. We are sharing this notice to ensure continued transparency and easy access to our legal documentation through the Wingify website.
For customers operating under an executed agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Agreement, or other written contract with Wingify, the applicable contractual terms agreed between the parties will continue to govern the services provided to you. The publication of updated legal documentation on the Wingify domain does not modify any existing contractual commitments unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Let's get our accounts ahead of this so the move (the night of 13th June PT / 14th June in most regions) is a non-event for them. Reach out if you hit a question you can't answer.
Thanks,
